La Liga heavyweights Real Madrid are interested in signing Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea this summer window, reports indicate.
According to British media reports, the Champions League holder are keen on completing a summer move for De Gea from Premier League giants Manchester United.
As per Daily Mirror, United could face a battle to keep hold of the safe hand after the return of French tactician Zinedine Zidane to the Madrid-based club.
As per the same article, the France legend is a big fan of the Spain international goalkeeper and wants to bring the shot-stopper to the Santiago Bernabeu as he begins major rebuilding of his Real Madrid squad.
The Spaniard, came very close to joining the Los Blancoas in 2015, but the intended move fell through at the last hour.

And it is suggested that about £75million has been reserved to try and land De Gea from Old Trafford this coming summer.
The contract of the 28-year-old at Old Trafford is set to run out at the end of next term and he has not yet agreed a fresh deal with United.
The former Atletico Madrid star is widely seen as one of the best goalkeepers across Europe and he has been a constant fixture in the United squad this term.
